By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.

Our Contract:
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Dispatch Times:
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Information for further details.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

Pricing and Availability:
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of VAT subject to trade orders. Delivery costs may be charged in addition where applicable. Such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment:
Payment for your order will be taken at the point of processing your payment on the website.

Returns:
Faulty, incorrect orders or deliveries
If you are returning the goods owing to the goods being either faulty, incomplete or delivered to the incorrect address we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (including the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our Customer Services Department, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Other reasons:
If you return items for reasons other than defects with the goods, an incorrect order or delivered incorrectly, you will be required to pay for the return of the item or items to us. Please ensure that the package is secure and in the same condition it was received, for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be made against the original payment method i.e. credit/debit card used.The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise).

Promotional Codes:
Where you use a valid promotion code, this usually relates to receiving extra discount, receiving free product(s) or free shipping or a combination of these.  The following additional terms and conditions apply:
- Promotions are only valid until the date published
- Promotional codes can only be used for purchases made on this website.
- Only one code may be used for an order and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer including sale items.
- Touch of Nature reserves the right to end any promotion at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.
In addition the following applies to these types of promotions:
I) Discounts:
- Discounts are not refundable for cash
- For money-off discount codes, you must have products in your basket totalling more than the amount of the discount. You will not be able to roll forward or use again any of the unused part of the discount code.
- Discounts will only be available on order values over the amount stated in the offer (if any)
- Touch of Nature reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product without notice. All free products are subject to availability.
